Trust, Pressure & Performance
Rabia sets the tone for The Trust Lab by exploring why trust is the most critical currency of leadership in uncertain times. Drawing on her extraordinary experiences as an international lawyer, soldier, hostage survivor, and crisis leader, Rabia challenges participants to rethink how they show up as leaders when the stakes are highest.
Experiential Workshop – Creativity, inclusion and trust in action
James translates Rabia’s insights into a team-based, music-driven collaboration experience where concepts become behaviours, and trust and safety are felt, not just discussed.
Harnessing AI & Digital Tools for Human-Centred Leadership
Mo brings clarity and practical wisdom to the often-overwhelming world of emerging tech and AI.
